Fair enough. This seems to be a touchy subject now a days. People want to have all the information that they can to use against someone but are too lazy or too stupid to actually get it themselves... Its shameful. There's no real strategy to it....

-1 Sig radius helps you probe people in space. Determines if a gun can even be effectively used against you (without actually firing it). etc. If you want people to have this sort of information, then make them work for it.

well think of a faction rig that splits defenses ie. tech 2 (shield and shield recharge both at 7.5% for 300 calibration), something like this would be useful. Do the same for attack, propulsion etc....
